Genarlow Wilson holds the keys to his jail cell door. He is the one responsible for his present incarceration, but because of regular press appearances by his attorney, two good men have been vilified for Wilson's current predicament. Attorney General Thurbert Baker and Douglas County District Attorney David McDade are simply honoring their oaths of office and upholding the law; yet the perception is that they are somehow responsible for Wilson's confinement in prison. The truth is Wilson alone is responsible for his incarceration.
Wilson and five other teenagers rented a motel room to have a party. The next morning, one of the party participants, a 17-year-old female, informed her mother that she had been RAPED. Police were notified and searched the hotel room, finding a videotape and video camera. The tape showed Wilson having sex with that girl in addition to receiving oral sex from a 15-year-old girl. Because the girl was under the age of 16, the videotaped evidence leaves no doubt that Wilson committed aggravated child molestation. According to Georgia law at that time, this offense was punishable by a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison with no parole.


Attorney General Thurbert Baker has suffered for doing his duty of appealing ruling, the columnist says.
Wilson's five co-defendants entered guilty pleas for participating in the videotaped, profanity-laced, drunken orgy involving the 15-year-old girl. Despite being older than the girl, despite the law that protects kids from their own poor judgment, these men all played a role in having sex with a minor. Because these five accepted responsibility, they were allowed to enter guilty pleas to reduced charges, and the case was submitted to the trial judge for sentencing.
After reviewing the videotape of the defendants' acts and taking all the evidence into account, the judge sentenced them to five years in prison with the possibility of parole followed by 10 years on probation. Wilson was offered the same treatment from the very beginning, and he refused. Wilson refused to accept responsibility for his part in this crime.
Knowing the high stakes if convicted of the offense charged (a minimum of 10 years in prison with no parole), Wilson decided to test the evidence in front of a jury of his peers. Wilson was convicted of aggravated child molestation. His conviction was affirmed by the Georgia Court of Appeals. The Georgia Supreme Court refused to review the case.
Wilson rolled the dice and lost, and somehow, in the eyes of some, that's the fault of the attorney general and the district attorney."

This nigger was STUPID enough to allow himself to be video taped, and the tape sealed his fate! Hummm, sounds like they've been watching too many "Rap" videos with this sort of action in it.

But what about Joshua Widner ? I didn't see the KKK demanding that he be freed. I didn't see of the kneegrows and niggers defending this young man. Why? BECAUSE HE WAS WHITE!! And these lying assed niggers claim that they are seeking "justice", justice just for black criminals? They are always talking about "multicultural", and oppertunity for all, but when the deal goes down, they're only for themselves!

Like Genarlow Wilson, whose highly publicized case this week reached a new level of drama, Joshua Widner was sentenced to 10 years in prison for a sexual encounter with a fellow teenager that his lawyers say today would be considered a misdemeanor. In both cases, courts have found that neither girl was forced to give oral sex.

Meanwhile, Widner’s lawyers have been trying to get their client out of jail as well. Widner had been convicted of felony child molestation and statutory rape. According to the Supreme Court’s decision in his case, those convictions stemmed from events in December 2002 when, then 18, Widner convinced a 14-year-old girl “to agree to have sex with him and another male friend at the same time.”
On June 26, 2006, Melton wrote for a unanimous court rejecting Widner’s appeal on the child molestation sentence. Melton acknowledged the imminent change in the child molestation statute. But Melton wrote that because the law wasn’t in effect when Widner was sentenced, it couldn’t apply.

Dumb niggers like Wilson, will continue to get caught, because they are unable to think with the head on their shoulders, but rely on the one between their legs. I for one, do NOT feel sorry for his dumb ass.

As you can see, kneegrows and niggers really have nothing on their feeble assed minds, except the white man, and sex. No wonder they're so damned far behind!

Exactly what is a "KNEEGROW"?

I've been asked this question so many times, so I will explain it once and for all. A "kneegrow", is a sub-species of black people!

They tend to be racists, because they will defend anything a niggers does. Their first excuse is,"well, the white people are doing it too". This is their excuse to get a nigger off the hook for some crime he's committed.

The "kneegrows" walk a fine line between being a full nigger, and a black person. Most are very well educated, and have degrees,but tend to resort back to the traits of an uneducated nigger at the first opportunity. I have seen kneegrows that have risen to top levels in their professions, yet resort back to the nigger culture in a flash, here's an example. A kneegrow is able to purchase a Lexus, but instead of leaving it in a stock condition, he has to put on chrome 22" rims, gold trim, and a sound system, just as his nigger counterparts would do. He cannot help it, because he is so ingrained with the nigger culture, that it's bound to come out sooner or later. This behavior is called,"letting all the boys in da hood know you are doing good"! He just has to flaunt his "wealth"! Most blacks simply leave the car as is.

The kneegrow is able to spout all sort of cockeyed theories about blacks that he learned from some loser black professor that hates whites, but when asked about the African history from 1 AD to 1400 Ad, he has no definitive answer, thus he gets very angry, and allows the nigger culture seep out once again. The kneegrow also gets angry when a criminal nigger is caught committing crime, and seeks to defend him at all costs. With this attitude, it is very easy to see that the kneegrow still has ties to the nigger culture, perhaps having evolved from the nigger culture himself. He cannot divorce himself from the nigger culture lest he get called a "sellout" or traitor to his race. Race means everything to the kneegrow, because it's the only thing he can fall back on, "I'm black"!

In the future, I expect the kneegrow to continue with his ties to the nigger culture, and niggers are expected to listen to the kneegrows, because black people have given up on both groups. Expect the whining about "racism, we ain't free, I hate Amerikka", and other bullshit to be spouted from the kneegrow's mouth! Now you know.
